One month away from home
Today it is my one month anniversary in Atlanta, and yesterday was my one month anniversary in the US. WOOOOH! That's so weird. I really can't believe it.

This Monday we had the day off school, it was Labor Day, like I told you. I went to one of all the malls with som friends from school. I actually found a dress for homecoming, even though shopping isn't my favorite thing to do. I know you are all excited to see it, but you'll have to want until I'm all prepped and ready. Now you'll have something to look forward to!
This week has gone by pretty fast I guess, since it only was four days in school. One new thing I experienced this week was missing the school bus after school. It started raining really bad and people were just running around. When I got out my bus had already left. Even though I've only been here for three weeks, and even though I had never walked to or from school before, I managed to fint my way home. I did not get lost, yeey! I didn't even have to call for help or use a map. Yes, I'm awesome.
On Friday Emma joined me home after school. We later went out to eat pizza with Tom and Michael. Right by the restaurant there's an ice cream cart named Frosty Caboose. We went over there after the pizza and they simply haVE AMAZING ICE CREAM. Very excited about that. They have ice cream with taste of chocolate and peanut butter (yes, both of them blended together). I love it.
Saturday we took a long walk on the Atlanta BeltLine. They have art almost all the way around and some of it was really cool. Later that day we went to pick Ahmed up and then we went to watch a baseball game. Atlanta Braves vs New York Mets. We had really good seats and even though the Braves lost, I had a great time. Watching baseball is a pretty social event. You can talk a lot and don't have to be screaming all the time. I appreciated that. Like I said, I had a great time.

Today (Sunday), I went grocery shopping with Tom and then I went to the gym with Michael. After that, Michael and I went over to a cafe where he worked and I studied. I'm trying to learn a German song for my Chorus class. I've come to a conclusion that German is not my thing, but I keep fighting. Feel free to send me some extra fighting spirit, preferably not in German since that is incomprehensible to me. We had dinner and now I'm watching a movie with Michael. I think it's about vampires.
Puss och Kram
